No one wants to sit on the phone for hours just to listen to a script read from a notepad and then wind up where they started. That’s just facts. Customer support is a category that nobody likes but everybody needs, plus it’s hard to do right. So Ujet set out to un-complicate, un-frustrate and un-hate customer support, and when they were done, they needed a way to tell the world what they were about. We worked with them to build a brand that represents how you feel when you’ve had a customer service experience the Ujet way — Surprisingly happy. We designed and illustrated a cute anthropomorphized U not just the get that sweet brand equity but also to evoke the idea of a smile even when our character isn’t.
